Job description
AAA Life Insurance Company is seeking an Analyst, Data and Audience Activation! The Analyst, Data and Audience Activation is responsible for refining and enabling our audience activation strategy across all addressable marketing channels. This position will assist with the implementation and optimization of Adobe Campaign and proprietary tools to execute cross-channel marketing campaigns. Adobe Campaign experience required.
This individual will define, implement, and support audience activation and segmentation tactics that align with AAA Life’s KPIs using AAA Life’s 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data. In addition, the Analyst, Data and Audience Activation will become the subject matter expert and data steward for assigned subsets of AAA Life’s audience data.
- Work collaboratively to understand audience needs and implement these requirements into effective audience segments.
- Help with the onboarding of first party data and curation and delivery of segment data within the Campaign and Data Management Platforms to ensure accurate and consistent data delivery to various channels (Direct Mail, On and Offsite Display. SEM, Social, Email, etc.).
- Use 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data to design audiences that meet the goals of a campaign plan.
- Work with key marketing stakeholders to size and prioritize audience segments to meet campaign KPIs.
- Coordinate with Analytics team to develop insights that help drive acquisition, enhance customer lifetime value and optimize the member experience.
- Help with testing engagements through the full lifecycle from test conception, through launch, to results analysis and rollout.
- Collaborate with team members on a day-to-day basis to ensure the efficient execution of data activation activity.
- Participate in campaign performance reviews to troubleshoot, resolve and/or escalate potential data/audience issues.
- Advance data use by participating in data stewardship efforts
- Degree in business, analytics or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a marketing analytics or planning or operations role.
- Adobe Campaign Experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with any marketing channels (email, display, direct mail)
