Job description
Our client has a direct hire opportunity for a Commercial Construction Project Manager to work out of their Bethesda, MD location. You will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects and managing their schedules efficiently.

- Analyzing requirement documents, architecture drawings, blueprints, and project plans to ensure project alignment.
- Generating cost estimates for construction projects and preparing detailed cost analyses.
- Conducting bid processes with general contractors and subcontractors.
- Supervising building engineers and maintenance technicians to ensure quality workmanship.
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with third-party building vendors and contractors.
- Managing the procurement process and obtaining proposals/bids from vendors and contractors.
- Presenting estimates to management and stakeholders for approval.
- Compiling and recording actual costs to track project expenses accurately.
- Assisting in property management and asset management activities across the portfolio.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office and/or tenant buildout construction.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously for at least 5 years.
- Preferred experience in building office spec suites.
- Familiarity with property management practices is advantageous.
- Proficiency in negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and time management.
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to be hands-on at construction sites, ensuring project success
