Job description
Lafayette Square's Worker Solutions team seeks an Associate to support its client engagement efforts for Lafayette Square portfolio companies and off-portfolio business. This position will also be responsible for managing content updates; data analysis; translation of outcomes and key learnings for investor, client, and public-facing materials; and developing and managing processes to capture qualitative data and worker voice.
