Join our team in a pivotal leadership role as the Vice President of Client Experience (VPCE), where you'll play a crucial part in steering our marketing, lead generation, and client acquisition strategies. This role is designed for a dynamic leader who thrives in managing both the macro and micro aspects of marketing and client growth initiatives.

Role Overview:

As the VPCE, you'll be directly involved in sculpting our marketing and sales strategies, with a strong focus on optimizing client lead generation through various channels, including both paid and organic digital marketing, email marketing, and networking with referral sources. Your expertise in digital marketing analytics will be key in making informed decisions to maximize budget efficiency and lead generation effectiveness.

You'll oversee the internal and external client development teams, guiding the strategy for our outside Family Liaison team and ensuring the productivity of our inside client services team in a call center setting. Your leadership will support the seamless onboarding of new clients, from scheduling assessments to navigating insurance processes.

As a senior executive, your contributions will be vital in enhancing our client onboarding process, driving growth, and maintaining our commitment to exceptional client service. Collaborating with other VPs, you'll ensure a coordinated approach to client care from the start.

Key Responsibilities:

Crafting and executing marketing strategies that boost lead generation and client acquisition.
Managing the marketing budget efficiently, focusing on the most successful campaigns.
Driving the improvement of lead conversion rates and enhancing the initial client experience.
Overseeing the performance of digital marketing efforts, including SEO, and adjusting strategies based on analytics.
Leading the Family Liaison team in building strong referral networks and brand awareness.
Working closely with the Client Services Manager to enhance client responsiveness and satisfaction.
Regularly reporting on marketing and client growth metrics to the executive team.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree is required, with advanced degrees being a plus.
At least 7 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a preference for those experienced in enhancing physician referrals.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in using IT/ERP systems, with Salesforce experience preferred.
A proven track record in a growth-oriented healthcare services environment.
