Responsibilities

Heritage Oaks Hospital  is looking for a dynamic  Program Manager for our Outpatient Department at our Roseville location!  If you have a desire to work in an engaging environment and lead a team of professionals dedicated to the healing and health of the patients we serve, we want to hear from you!

The Oaks outpatient programs incorporate a range of services to adolescents, adults and seniors, including; physician oversight, medication management, group therapy practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and clinical assistance tailored to help our clients achieve their treatment goals. Offering premiere behavioral health services for individuals experiencing psychiatric and /or substance abuse symptoms that negatively affect daily functioning.

The Program Manager for Outpatient Services is accountable for the day-to-day clinical and personnel management at individual program sites.  Under the supervision of the Director of Outpatient Services and in collaboration with the Program Director and the clinical staff, this position assesses, develops, implements and evaluates program philosophy, goals, objectives, and treatment interventions. This position provides the on-site leadership necessary for successful program development and maintenance through appropriate, organized, and program-focused activities.

Qualifications

Outpatient Services Program Manager Job Requirements:

Education:  Master's Degree in mental health/behavioral sciences field required or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Experience:  Minimum five (5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years in a lead/managerial capacity preferred. Experience with adolescents.

Licensure: LCSW/LMFT REQUIRED
