As the Director of Perioperative Services, you will play a crucial role in managing the delivery of safe, reliable, and quality patient care across various perioperative departments, including the Operating Room, Pre-Admission Testing, Day Surgery, Endoscopy, Pain Management, and Post Anesthesia Care. Collaborating with management teams, you will contribute to developing departmental goals, standards of care, and policies and procedures. Additionally, you will oversee personnel management, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff members to ensure a high level of performance and patient care.
Candidates that possess a Master's Degree in Nursing or Health Management Field and hold a current Registered Nurse License, with at least three years of experience in Perioperative Nursing Management in a hospital-based setting will earn a fast interview. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills will make you a successful candidate for this role.
