ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will support our global rental operations on initiatives such as LaunchPad, legacy rental systems (ECARS 2.0 and Odyssey), as well as the transition to our new cutting-edge global rental platform Greenlight.  Candidates with significant hands-on experience with these products, or a familiarity with branch operations, is ideal.  They will be tasked with envisioning ways to streamline and enhance current processes and lay the groundwork for future innovations.  These individuals will help shape the future direction of rental operations technology including the software and hardware used in our global operations supporting our multiple brands.  This position will also provide a clear solution description and outline of product features for easy comprehension and consumption by the development team and business partners.

Product Owners are responsible for the execution of the product vision and strategy for their assigned product(s) and initiatives. They will also work with a variety of partners to understand and document business requirements, build and maintain the product backlog, ensure quality, and successfully lead development efforts through their respective product development lifecycles.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, MO and offers a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 days in-office each week.  For interested parties that may reside outside of the St. Louis area, no relocation assistance is available at this time.
