Job Title: Director of Scheduling - High Rise Construction

Salary: $250,000 per year

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to create detailed project schedules, including sequencing of activities, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.
- Implement best practices and innovative scheduling techniques to enhance project efficiency and minimize delays.
- Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates, providing insightful analysis to project teams and management.
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive scheduling strategy for high-rise construction projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies related to project timelines.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on effective scheduling practices.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and milestones, addressing any scheduling challenges proactively.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Director of Scheduling in high-rise construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling methodologies, software, and tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address scheduling challenges.
- Experience with critical path analysis and risk management related to project timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
