Overview:

As a Senior Sourcing/Category Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future by leading comprehensive category management strategies. You'll be at the forefront of defining sourcing strategies, nurturing strategic supplier partnerships, and delivering significant financial and operational value to our organization. This role is all about innovation, collaboration, and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies for specific product categories, fostering strategic supplier relationships and driving innovation.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive decision-making processes and shape category roadmaps.
Cultivate strong commercial relationships with suppliers, focusing on achieving optimal cost and performance.
Conduct supplier performance reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting sustainability and social responsibility.
Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from RFx to contract negotiations, ensuring operational efficiency and maximizing value creation.
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for product expansion and new introductions.
Collaborate with local teams to implement sourcing strategies effectively.
Basic Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in supply chain sourcing.
Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and communicate results to senior leadership.
Experience in conducting supplier RFx, selection, and performance management.
Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
