Role Overview:

This pivotal role demands a passionate and professional CNA with management experience, ready to lead our field staff in delivering outstanding home healthcare services. Ensuring adherence to state regulations, Joint Commission standards, and our own rigorous quality guidelines, the Lead CNA plays a critical part in our mission to provide compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage weekend on-call processes and scheduling, ensuring efficient and responsive patient care.
Travel across King County to work directly with patients, providing hands-on care and support.
Oversee the onboarding and continuous coordination of client care, maintaining our high standards.
Train and guide staff in delivering personalized care to our clients, fostering a culture of excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:

Current CNA license in good standing.
Proven leadership, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Strong communication and administrative skills.
Reliable transportation and valid Washington Driver's License with auto insurance for travel between shifts.
Benefits:

Competitive pay rate of $27 per hour.
Additional $50 weekly gas allowance.
Company-provided cell phone.
Paid time off accrual.
Eligibility for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 90 days, averaging 30 hours per week.
Flexible schedule to support work-life balance.
Mileage reimbursement for travel.
Work Schedule:

Expected to work weekends, with additional hours available Monday to Friday.
Day and night shifts, with on-call responsibilities.

Location Requirements:

Reliable commute or planning to relocate to Kirkland, WA 98033 before starting work.

Experience:

3 years of caregiving experience preferred.

Certifications:

Required: CNA, Driver's License, Auto Insurance.
