Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Laundry Employee at Home 2 by Hilton Conway AR. This is a part-time, hourly position in the hospitality/restaurant industry, located in Conway, Arkansas. As a Night Laundry Employee, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest linens and laundry are washed, dried, folded, and restocked for the next day. This individual contributor role requires the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Retrieve dirty linens from guest rooms and public areas.
- Sort and pre-treat stained linen before washing.
- Load and operate washing machine and dryer.
- Fold and stack clean linen according to hotel standards.
- Stock linen inventory in designated storage areas.
- Keep laundry room and equipment clean and organized.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment to management.
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a laundry position preferred.
- Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning products.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify stains and damaged linen.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
