Description:
The day to day will be performing PM's and reactive maintenance on flavoring machinery and facility equipment. The maintenance mechanics job will to be to work with other maintenance mechanics and maintenance specialist to perform scheduled repairs on Dry blend, spraying, reactors, extractors, and compounding machines.
1st Shift: 7am - 3:30pm M-F (Needs to be flexible to work on the weekends)
Pay Rate - $38/hr. - $40/hr.+
Perform PM on equipment as outlined by the company manual
Repair production equipment utilizing mechanical knowledge and using printed repair manuals
Assist in replacing production equipment
Maintain a neat and orderly workplace and shop
Maintain building and grounds of the facility to the required standers of management.
Adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements for the operational area being repaired.
Maintain inventory of all tools
Perform other duties required by management
Work with proper GMP, HACCP, Allergen, SSOP, Kosheer, and Safety guidelines.
50% mechanical and 50% electrical
480 volts down
Working on 3 phase motors
HVAC with a food processing company
Attention to detail within quality
Lock out tag out within Food industry
