We are looking for a fulltime Call Center Appointment Confirmer who enjoys working with a team to hit their goals in our call center. Schedule:
Monday Friday: 10:30am 7:15pm
Saturday (every 4th Sat.) 8:45am12:15pm
Daily Tasks:
Handle outbound calls to previously scheduled customers
Confirm appointments
Call needed followups
Handle customer conflicts
Qualified Candidates Must Have:
Excellent communication skills
Computer software skills
