People Operations Manager – Hybrid/Alpharetta, GA 30009

Salary: $85,000, + comprehensive benefits
Location: Must live within 30 minutes of the office - M, T, TH office days. Wed & Fri WFH

Overview:
This role focuses on promoting a positive employee life cycle experience. The People Operations Manager will have administrative and strategic responsibilities to manage functions including our overall recruiting strategy by partnering with our SVP Talent Acquisition, training and development for managers, employee onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, HRIS, compliance, project management, team building, engagement and more.
