About the Role

As a member of our Maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our hotel meets the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks to maintain and repair the facilities, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff members, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and recreational facilities.
• Coordinate with outside contractors when necessary to assist with larger maintenance projects.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist with landscaping duties, including lawn care and snow removal, to maintain the hotel's exterior appearance.
• Collaborate with other departments to support their maintenance needs and ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in maintenance techniques.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar maintenance role or a proven aptitude for facility maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
