Job description
We are looking for a hardworking and dependable driver/mover to join our team.
Experience preferred. Must complete onsite training program.
Job responsibilities for a Fire Storm driver/movie include:
- Safely, responsibly, and professionally operate a 26-foot moving truck and monitor the truck’s functionality. Must pass a DOT physical and have a clean driving record.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure truck is equipped with all necessary tools. Total accountability of Fire Storm’s tools and moving equipment.
- Pack/Unpack customer furniture and personal belongings.
- Load/Unload furniture and/or customer belongings ensuring that all items are moved undamaged at various locations.
- Accurately complete move paperwork with the customer; ensure correct payments are calculated and collected at the end of each move.
- Organize and secure the moving truck at the end of each move and ensure the truck and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner
- Safely move, pack, and unpack customer’s belongings by utilizing proper moving equipment and techniques
- Maintain professional atmosphere to provide the best customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
