Full time Exercise Physiologist needed to support our Cardiac Rehab Program in Hillsborough,

Coordinates patient admissions into the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program,

Supervises exercise activity within approved guidelines,

Evaluates Participants progress in the program,

Assists in the education of patients with regards to exercise and conditioning,

Develops individual discharge plans which encompass components of intensity, duration and frequency of home exercise,

Bachelor s Degree in Exercise Science required. ACSM preferred.
