Job description

6 Month Contract to Hire 

Fully On-Site in Lake Mary, FL

Compensation $20-$25HR 

3-5 years of industry based experience and have a firm grasp of building construction and some familiarity with the Florida Building Code

Requirements:

• Previous experience utilizing CAD in residential/new home construction is required.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally.
• Must have excellent computer skills.
• Must have good interpersonal skills, including excellent written/verbal skills.
• Must be able to work effectively as a member of a team or independently.
• Must be self-motivated and punctual.
• Travel maybe required for training.
