Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and guiding them through the car buying process.
Conduct thorough vehicle presentations, demonstrating features, benefits, and advantages to potential buyers.
Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and requirements.
Conduct test drives, ensuring a memorable experience that highlights the vehicle's performance and features.
Negotiate sales contracts, including pricing, financing options, trade-ins, and additional services.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of Garlyn Shelton Auto Group.
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, providing exceptional post-sale support.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in automotive sales or a related field, with a strong ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with customers and build rapport.
In-depth knowledge of automotive products, including different makes, models, and features.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections with professionalism and confidence.
Exceptional customer service orientation, with the ability to provide an outstanding buying experience.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
