MN Urology is seeking qualified internal applicants for this new full time

Training Specialist position located out of our Woodbury Clinic

Individual hired will be required to travel to all MNU Metro clinic locations

Position Overview: This position is responsible for coordinating training for all Minnesota Urology PA (MNU) Patient Services and Clinical Services staff for onboarding, EMR systems, and other related training necessary to perform their tasks successfully. This role works closely with the leaders in developing, implementing and executing a training program to ensure training/re-training of new team members and current staff. This position is also responsible for the maintenance, development and implementing of the patient services tools and resources and reporting of quality and metrics for the patient services team.

Qualifications include:

• Two years of experience in medical appointment scheduling required.
• Bachelor's degree in medical-related field or training-related field of study strongly preferred but not required.
• Previous training/education experience preferred, but not required.
• Working knowledge of a medical office particularly in areas of scheduling and front desk.
• Knowledge of EMR system strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required.
• Reliable transportation required for travel to MNU locations.
