Job description

As a Software Engineer (Tools), you will have the unique and rewarding opportunity to shape the future of software testing at Apple. You will build tools used by thousands of developers around the world to build, test, and ship software for Apple's iOS, watchOS, tvOS, and macOS platforms.

Description

The Engagement Engineering team is seeking a skilled engineer to contribute to the future of our internal software testing services and frameworks. You will join a small but ambitious group of engineers responsible for building new technologies that will power high-scaled software testing, iterating closely with Apple's internal software engineering teams to take Apple's own software to the next level. In this role you will work directly with end users and product teams alike, helping refine tools experiences based on user needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for automating developer workflows, strong Computer Science fundamentals to be able to resolve user feedback or develop new features from scratch, and strong communication skills to drive engagement efforts across the wider Software organization.

Education & Experience

Bachelorʼs Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
