Shift and Pay Information:
- $21.00 per hour
- Rotating shift: Monday and Tuesday from 5:00pm to 5:00am and Friday and Saturday from 5:00am to 5:00pm

What’s a typical day as a
Production Team Lead ? You’ll be:
- Coordinating work within the GAP area, replacing missing operators, and reinforcing the line when necessary
- Ensuring standardized work by checking and performing daily audits
- Training new operators to attain quality and productivity standards and coaching to improve operator performance
- Analyzing and reworking product defects
- Encouraging improvement ideas and helping implement them
- Leading daily meetings and debriefings
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Are able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and co-workers
- Demonstrate the ability to master multiple work stations and meet production standards
- Have strong organizational skills and can work within time constraints
- Can accurately enter data and follow instructions
- Are committed to ethical standards and adhere to the company’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management
