POSITION:
Agronomy Manager
COMPANY PROFILE:
Located in the Sioux Falls, SD surrounding area, our client is seeking to add an Agronomy Manager to their successful team. This company is financially solid and offers their employees an excellent place to work, one they enjoy coming to everyday.
WHAT THIS COMPANY OFFERS YOU:
- $70,000 - $80,000 +

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- On a day-to-day basis you will oversee the agronomy department of this 2 location coop with one agronomy center.
- Oversee a team of full-time employees and seasonal employees.
- Agronomy Sales
- Coordinate all Custom Applicator logistics.
- Assist and oversee inventory.
- Chemical/Fertilizer purchasing.
- Set goals: daily, monthly, and yearly.
- Promote products & services to local growers and customers, while educating the sales team.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Bachelor’s Degree – preferred.
• 3+ years experience in the Ag industry.
• Must be a self-starter and a team player.
