Total Compensation: Salary: Based on Experience

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Summary:

 

Brockman Site Development is currently looking for a Receptionist to work in the Sanford office. What you will be doing:

 

• Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
• Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
• Ensures visitor badges and sign-in procedures are followed.
• Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
• Notifies the appropriate personnel about any office maintenance or repair requirements.
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
• Process lien releases
• Data entry as needed
• Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

 

What you will need:

 

• Construction Industry Experience
• Lien Release Process knowledge
• Trucking ticket / Invoice matching/reconciling
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Must be organized and be able to multi-task
