In this role you will support the lifecycle of SuccessFactors and participate to the journey of transitioning our HR platforms into the new cloud era. Responsibilities
- Support the manager the lifecycle of a SuccessFactors oriented landscape, with experience in multiple processes/modules and a preferred focus on SuccessFactors Compensation, Compensation-Reward and Recognition, Stories reporting, and Payroll process from a functional standpoint
- Support the manager to analyse the needs of the HR Stakeholders for the area of responsibility
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree Information Technology or equivalent
- 4+ years’ experience with HRIS role. Experience in a consulting company is a plus
- Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors system and platforms proven hands-on on SAP SuccessFactors system.
- SuccessFactors associate certifications on the compensation module will be considered a plus
- Successfactors BI and reporting experience is a plus
- Multinational experience is a plus
