Job description
The Multicultural Outreach Team (MOT) i s a multicultural, multilingual, specialized team that understands cultural transitions and provides quality behavioral and mental health services to individuals and their family. The services will help bridge the cultural generational gap with individualized services unique to each family.
In partnership with the AVP of MA, the MOT Program Director is responsible to provide leadership and oversee the daily operations of the area CBHI program including in-home behavioral therapy, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring programs. The Program Director will guide the staff and assist in the development, treatment, methodologies and ensuring the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for our clients.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Special Education or a related Human Services field
- Independent state license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or licensed Psychologist) in the state of Massachusetts
- Bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese
- Three years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
- Experience in quality management preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Hours/Compensation:
- Full-Time - Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
