mRNA GMP Manufacturing Associate
Primary Duties : Yoh has a Long Term Opportunity for an mRNA GMP Manufacturing Associate needed with Yoh Scientific's client located in Waltham, MA. This position is in the mRNA GMP Clinical Manufacturing Team of a major pharmaceutical company, and requires a Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of relevant experience working hands-on in a GMP environment. Schedule is full-time M-F (7am-8am start time, 8 hour shift) and may require flexibility to work some evenings and overtime due to projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - The mRNA GMP Manufacturing Associate supports the mRNA GMP Clinical Manufacturing Team at Waltham, MA and Burlington, MA sites, and reports to Yoh Management.
- We are seeking an individual to work in a GMP environment producing drug substance and drug product for clinical trials.
- Working hands-on in a cleanroom to produce large-scale mRNA and LNP batches.
- Cleaning, setting up, and sanitizing large-scale process equipment.
- Following and executing GMP manufacturing batch records.
Education and Experience Requirements: - Minimum bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in a GMP environment.
- Hands-on experience with mixing, depth filtration, and TFF preferred.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and responsive to change, be a results-driven problem solver.
