Education:

College graduate

Experience:

Experience with financial data (grant experience a plus)

Work with finance/accounting professionals.

Technical Skills or Knowledge:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Box.

Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Strategy:

Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements.

Define and implement testing strategies that align with project goals.

Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure testing objectives are clearly

defined.

Test Execution and Analysis:

Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing as a Test Analyst.

Analyze test results and provide valuable insights to improve product quality.

Manage and execute test cases, ensuring coverage of all project requirements.

Automation Testing:

Lead and participate in the development and maintenance of automated test

scripts.

Implement and enhance automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency.

Collaboration:

Work closely with development teams to understand project requirements and

ensure testability.

Foster a collaborative environment between testing and development teams.

Status Reporting:

Provide regular and clear updates on testing progress through weekly or

bi-weekly status reports.

Communicate the QA status for the project, highlighting key achievements,

challenges, and risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified understanding of the

project's testing status.

Analysis and Defect Tracking:

Analyze test reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Investigate and document defects, providing detailed information to development

teams for resolution.

Collaborate with developers to ensure timely and effective resolution of identified

defects.

Documentation:

Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test

scripts.

Ensure that testing activities and results are well-documented for future

reference.
