We have an in-house marketing agency known for branding our company and our agents. • No hidden fees. Your commission checks are NET to you! • We provide a full-time Sales Coach/Trainer, in-house transaction coordinators, and admin support. Responsibilities: • Learn top-notch prospecting skills from top coaches • Go on multiple appointments weekly - show homes and provide market analyses to clients • Follow up with clients in a timely manner • Research and identify off-market purchase opportunities Qualifications: • A real estate license is required or willing to obtain one • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work flexible hours and meet client needs About Company: Limbird Real Estate is a locally owned and operated brokerage with highly trained real estate professionals.
