Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Lebanon NH 03766
Duration: 7 Weeks Contract
Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Payrate: $32/hourly on W2
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN you will play a crucial role in providing highquality patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in various clinical settings. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Patient Care: Administering medications monitoring vital signs conducting physical assessments and assisting with medical procedures under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
Treatment Planning: Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans based on individual needs and physician orders.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records documenting treatments medications and observations according to established protocols.
Patient Education: Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans medications and wellness strategies.
Communication: Effectively communicating with patients families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Compliance: Adhering to all healthcare regulations protocols and standards to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients.
Support: Assisting in the orientation and training of new staff members and participating in quality improvement initiatives within the healthcare facility.
Qualifications:
Current and valid LPN license.
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
Proficiency in nursing practices medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
