About our clinic: Vida Veterinary Care is a full-service small animal general practice offering high-quality medicine, surgery, and service to the Denver community. Our team treats dogs, cats, and exotic species, such as small mammals, reptiles, and birds. We have a sister hospital, VIDA Veterinary Care- Denver, that we are able to transfer emergencies to for surgery and overnight care. Our diagnostic equipment includes a comprehensive in-house laboratory, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, and ultrasound.  We are paperless and use Impromed for our electronic medical records. Vida Veterinary Care is supported by a skilled, intelligent, and hardworking team! Our doctors are supported with individual Veterinarian Assistants and a 1:1 Credentialed Veterinary Technicians ratio. Our expert technicians run anesthesia during all surgical procedures.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience
• Previous Medical Director and leadership experience preferred, but not required 
• Colorado Veterinary License – active and in good standing
• High clinical standards - Committed to compassionate, exceptional veterinary care
• Dedicated to building a progressive and united culture
• Exceptional communication skills
• Enjoys client and team-facing interactions
• A willingness to learn and grow using MVP's available training resources
• Passionate about teaching leadership skills and mentoring staff
