Job Description:
As the Executive Working Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary department, ensuring the highest quality of food production and service. You will lead a team of culinary professionals in delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the Executive Working Chef actively involved in menu development, food preparation, and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Develop innovative and seasonal menus that showcase locally-sourced ingredients and complement our wine offerings
• Ensure efficient kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume, upscale establishment
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent culinary skills and creativity, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
• Knowledge of wine pairings and appreciation for wine culture is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
