Job description

Description:

• Ensure areas are clean and maintained, including the taking out of trash, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets and moping floors.
• Wash and sanitize toilets and sinks as well as restocking disposables.
• Wipe and/or dust all mirrors and windows
• Perform maintenance and minor repairs (replacing broken items, fixing minor leaks and or other small duties required of the maintenance manager)
• May need to fulfill occasional/seasonal custodial duties such as shoveling snow from the sidewalks, lifting heavy items, and/or moving items.
• Use industrial lifting equipment to dust and clean pipes and ceiling of the facility

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Absolutely needs to be ok with cleaning bathrooms (11 in the building) and It would be great if this person came with experience using an electric stand up floor scrubber, Industrial lift equipment (both are fairly easy to learn to use if they don't have experience) and is ok with minor maintenance repairs and shoveling snow from sidewalks in the winter. Cleaning is the priority, but nice if the person did have the ability to perform minor maintenance.
