Job description
We are looking for an experienced Safety Director to join our team. This position requires a professional with expertise in Construction Safety Management, OSHA Certified Safety Professional, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS). The ideal candidate should also possess knowledge in Occupational Health, Accident Investigation, Training, and have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Safety and Health or a related field. The Safety Director will be responsible for creating and implementing policies to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
- Position Overview: The Safety Director will oversee the safety of personnel, equipment, and processes involved in our organization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safety and health standards are met.
- Assess the potential risks and hazards associated with the organization’s work processes.
- Monitor the organization’s safety and health practices.
- Conduct safety and health assessments, surveys, and inspections.
- Provide guidance and direction on safety and health related matters.
- Ensure that proper safety equipment is used and that hazardous materials are properly stored.
- Train personnel on safety-related topics.
- Qualifications:
- Construction Safety Management experience.
- OSHA Certified Safety Professional.
- Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
- Experience in Occupational Health, Accident Investigation, and Training.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Safety and Health or a related field.
