YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

As an Administrative Assistant - Customer Service Rep, you are the lifeline of our office. From customers to coworkers and our General Manager, you are the one they rely on for assistance. Whether it's answering customer inquiries, providing information, taking orders, addressing complaints, or processing returns, you ensure a seamless experience for our customers over the phone.

In addition to your customer-centric role, you also collaborate closely with our General Manager and coworkers to handle administration duties and keep operations running smoothly. Above all, you thrive on making connections and helping others. Being a people person is at the core of who you are, and you find joy in providing outstanding service throughout your day to both customers and coworkers.
