Customer Service Representative (Medical Industry) - Urgent Need Location Brea, CA :
A Customer Service Representative job in Brea, CA is available through Acara Solutions. This is a Temporary onsite role.
- Handles daily call volume and order processing
- Ensures that customer information is current and accurate
- Commits to meeting individual agent goals
- Contributes to overall KPI targets
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved problems
- Understand the big picture and how this role significantly impacts the overall business
- Makes good business decisions with little direction
- Participates in special assignments/projects when directed by management
- Collaborate with field sales, accounting, planning, technical support, marketing, warehouse, training & education, and return department
- Responsible for technical support and answering inquiries, case creation in the CRM
- Solving problems and fulfilling requests
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- At least two (2) years of work experience in a customer support environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $23.00 per hour
