Job description
LaSalle Network is partnering with a rapidly growing SaaS company that is looking to hire a remote Digital Marketing Manager to start their internal Marketing function. This individual must be a marketer and digital storyteller at heart, with a passion for the startup space. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently and is proficient on a variety of digital channels, in addition to loving the challenge of optimizing and scaling.
Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Act as a Product Owner for customer communications tools (i.e., Hubspot) and the email/SMS creation process
Analyze the current email marketing campaigns and strategy and provide/execute on optimizations and improvements
Ensure the company blog, social media accounts and website are continuously updated and optimized to create a great user experience
Develop and execute Paid Social campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media platforms as needed
Develop and execute basic paid digital advertising campaigns using the Google Suite
Create content on a variety of digital channels
Create and design sales enablement and marketing collateral materials for Sales and Customer Success teams
Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
3+ years professional experience within a Digital Marketing role (preferably in a startup environment)
Strong proficiency with Hubspot and Wordpress
Understanding and knowledge of CRM/email marketing
Strong understanding of B2B marketing
Ability to design and create simple marketing materials within the Adobe Suite or other creative platforms
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment under tight deadlines with excellent time management skills
This individual will be fully remote but must reside in the Central Time Zone (preferably Chicago or Dallas) to be considered for this role.
