Hyper Care Support -
- This Team is providing post migration Hyper Care support
- Post Migration support and Monitor the Tickets # Review support professionals open cases and provide technical guidance and feedback
- Follow-up with respective End Users for In-Progress Tickets # Review the Open Issues with Project Manager Mindtree Architects and resolve
- Handle technical Service Interrupting and providing root cause analysis
- Engage directly with End user after migration to resolve or help them to quickly adjust to new environment.
