What You'll Bring:
- Practice Area Knowledge, Technical Skills, and Certifications
- At least 10+ years of direct experience analyzing, designing, developing, deploying, testing and supporting integrations or integrated solutions. Exposure to at least three of the following or similar tools:
- JD Edwards Orchestrator
- Oracle Integration Cloud
- IBM App Connect Pro
- SAG web Methods
- MuleSoft
- At least 10+ years of direct experience with at least 3 of the following tools, technologies, and concepts:
- REST, SOAP, Oauth 2.0
- JSON, XML, XLST
- Python, Groovy, SQL, SSIS
- Postman, SOAPUI, JDeveloper, SQL Studio, Visual Studio, Git (GitLab, GitHub)
- Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS, Docker
- EDI / X12, Cleo, SPS Commerce, Gentran
- Capable of creating advanced queries using SQL, DML, and DDL for data analysis, user requests, and KPIs
- Experience with and an understanding of interface architectural principles and best practices to include resilience, recovery, and persistence schemes.
- Experience with and an understanding of common business processes and transaction processing
- Experience with and advanced knowledge of DevOps / SDLC methods
- Knowledgeable on DB schema design
- Growing knowledge of client leadership roles (BEST, Solution Architecture, Engagement Leadership, EOS, KS2 history)
- Competent working on Level 1, 2, and 3 difficulty tickets
- Experience with Oracle / JD Edwards tools: RDA, FDA, BDA, and TDA. Understands BSFN, Orchestrator, and BI Publisher fundamentals. Confident and comfortable creating UDOs (E1 Pages, OneView, Watchlists, etc.)

What You'll Do:
- ERP and custom application configuration, development, support and troubleshooting for assigned managed services engagements and projects.
- Analyze, Design, Develop, Test, Support, Troubleshoot, and Document Solutions
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy application integrations to and from JD Edwards EnterpriseOne using current and KS2 best practices and KS2/client preferred tools.
- Data migration responsibilities including: Data Cleansing, Deduplication, Merging & Augmentation; Data Mappings, Extraction, Transformations & Cross-Referencing, Data Loads & Validations.
- Business process design, working closely with business managers and end users to understand, develop and improve their processes and procedures.
- Test and document application customizations, fixes, and interfaces.
- Monitor and troubleshoot daily, weekly, monthly, and annual processes.
- Identify process improvements, requirements, and documents within Solution Design Documents and Technical Specifications as needed.
- Structures and organizes own work to deliver individually on priorities and client needs to drive results.
- Creation and maintenance of unit, acceptance, and integration test scripts.
- JD Edwards development (foundational, RDA, FDA, UDOs, Orchestrator) using identified best practices, and procedures.
- Provide JD Edwards functional/application support for managed services and/or projects using creative and critical thinking skills.
- Client Engagement
- Perform billable work for clients for assigned statements of work including managed services and discrete projects.
Education
A four-year college degree or 10+ years of direct experience and certifications.
