Summary
Perdue AgriBusiness has an opportunity for an Oil/Meal Trading Coordinator at our facility located in Salisbury, MD
This position is responsible for providing administrative and accounting support for the soybean meal trading and refined oil business. Responsibilities include transaction processing for both truck and railed meal, Refined Oil sales invoicing, contract management, customer/vendor support, Accounts Receivable research and problem resolution.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Process daily production entries for soybeans, meal and oil in the Agtech System for the Bainbridge and Norfolk locations
- Daily Rail unloads and ticket application for soybean meal
- Daily Refined Oil customer invoicing
- Daily settlement processing- direct ship railed meal
- Record and settle Intercompany transfers of Crude oil to the Oil Refinery and the International Trading businesses.
- Weekly settlement and reconciliation of intercompany soybean settlements
- Coordinate billing inquires from vendors and customers and resolve issues timely and accurately
- Daily review of emailed not printed sales settlements.
- Back up the Soybean Meal Trading Coordinator Position
- Assist with the research and resolution of past due Accounts Receivable balances
- Support the Refilled oil Vessel program
- Work with the inventory management team to identify and correct load rejections, diversions, and weight changes
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Minimum Education
High School or equivalent
BS Degree in Accounting or Business or related experience
Experience Requirements
- 5 - 7 years
- Understanding of standard software applications
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
- Normal climate controlled office environment
- Able to communicate on the telephone and use standard office equipment
- Able to move freely throughout the facility
