IHOP - Immediate Host Position

Are you enthusiastic about creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring they have a delightful dining experience?

Join IHOP, where smiles are the secret ingredient to our success since 1958. As a Host, you will play a key role in greeting and seating guests promptly and courteously, making them feel at home from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities of a Host:

• Greeting, seating, and escorting guests.
• Accommodating special needs of guests.
• Managing Wait List during busy times.
• Providing menu recommendations and upselling products.
• Taking orders and communicating with kitchen staff.
• Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Ensuring exceptional customer experience.
• Maintaining the appearance of the restaurant.

Host Job Requirements:

• Prior experience as a host is a plus.
• Teamwork and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to handle money transactions responsibly.
• Must be able to multitask and work quickly.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Strong team player.
