Company Overview: Hiring a Copywriter for a leading law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services for veterans seeking disability benefits. Position: Copywriter
Location: Lincoln, NE
Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
About the Role: As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging content across various platforms to effectively communicate our firm's message, expertise, and services. From website copy and blog posts to social media content and email campaigns, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand identity and engaging with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality written content for the company’s website, including landing pages, service pages, and blog posts.
Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
Craft compelling copy that effectively communicates our firm's mission, values, and unique selling propositions.
Collaborate with the SEO team to integrate targeted keywords and phrases into website copy and content to improve search engine visibility and rankings.
Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms.
Write persuasive and informative email campaigns to nurture leads, engage with current clients, and promote firm events or initiatives.
Review and edit content produced by other team members to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Proofread all copy for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors before publication.
Stay informed about industry trends, legal developments, and competitor activities to generate ideas for relevant and timely content.
Conduct research on target audience demographics, preferences, and pain points to tailor messaging accordingly.
Other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a copywriter, content creator, or similar role.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media management tools.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate original ideas and compelling narratives.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with legal industry trends is a plus.
