Job description
Our dynamic and growing firm is looking for an experience and motivated paralegal to join our team! As a paralegal at our firm, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our attorneys through the active litigation process of personal injury cases. You will assist the attorneys in all tasks associated with the various stages of litigation including filing and serving lawsuits, filing case management, declarations, and other statements or briefs with the court, serving and responding to discovery, drafting meet and confer letters, and filing various other motions.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to attorneys in all aspects of personal injury cases, including client communication, document preparation, and case management
- Conduct legal research and assist with the preparation of level documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and motions
- Coordinate with outside vendors and experts, including medical providers and accident reconstructionists
- Maintain and organize case files, including electronic and paper documents
- Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings with the attorney as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree equivalent
- At least three years of experience as a paralegal, prior experience in personal injury is preferred
- Professional demeanor
- Proficiency in legal software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of cases
- Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required
