These engineers build secure, end-to-end solutions. They develop the custom software used to process all the creative work, the tools that providers use to deliver that media, all the server-side systems, and the APIs for many Apple services.

Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a professional programming position
- Expertise in ReactJS, Typescript, CSS
- Experience developing data intensive and complex web applications
- Experience with Java
- Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus
- Familiarity with building RESTful APIs is a plus
- Aptitude to independently learn new technologies
- Have a belief in automation and tooling as a critical part of the software lifecycle
- Love the idea of ownership and delivering high quality products

The Apple Services Engineering Content Tools Team is looking for a Senior Front End Software Engineer to build applications utilizing ReactJS, Redux and integrate with systems written in Java in order to support the fast paced growth of Apple's Media services business.
These web applications are responsible for the curation and delivery of content needed to support Apple Music, Books and Podcasts. Due to our rich data model, we build sophisticated tools for our editorial and content operations team, enabling them to merchandise and feature content across our services.
We are looking for a self starting, energetic individual who is not afraid to question assumptions and has excellent written and oral skills. Our engineers are responsible for the full lifecycle of application development, from requirements gathering through deployment of complex web applications. We look for good teammates who are able to work well across many teams to tackle tough problems and deliver imaginative solutions.

BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900.00 and $256,500.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
