The National Account Executive will join our fast-growing Digital Advertising & Recruiting team that sells our Nurse.com and Relias Recruitment Advertising suite of solutions to enterprise-level health systems, large hospitals and nursing employers, advertising agencies, staffing agencies, and recruiter groups/organizations.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Working with and growing existing client base
- Identifying and developing new clients from assigned prospects
- Designing and implementing solutions for short-term needs, as well as developing long-term strategic visions for clients/prospects
- Successfully navigating communication with staffing agencies during the sales process to ensure fulfillment of solutions sold
- Skillfully addressing any challenges and ensure alignment with all internal and external parties throughout the delivery of our solutions
- Collaborating with multiple departments for creative sales solutions, including implementation, delivery, and fulfillment of solutions sold
- Achieving and documenting minimum activity KPI targets in Salesforce.com to ensure strong opportunity and pipeline development
- Other duties as assigned by the VP & Manager of Business Development for Digital Advertising and Recruiting
YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
- 5+ years Advertising/Recruitment sales experience with proven history of success
- Confidence to prosect and develop new leads
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently
- Active listening skills to assess prospect/client needs and opportunities
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Have a prowess for virtual and in-person presentations, including excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Monitor and track updates in our landscape, competitive websites, job boards, web publications and other relevant sources to stay up to speed on industry trends
- Excellent level of comprehension of Microsoft Office Tools (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple teams and meet deadlines
- Collaborative, positive, and initiative-taking approach

- Travel up to 30% - Travel for client meetings and prospecting, along with travel to industry events, tradeshows, and our corporate office
Education Required (Minimum required)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4+ years) with an associate degree or diploma
Experience/Education Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of sales experience with large staffing agencies
- 3+ years of enterprise sales experience
We are targeting an OTE of ~$150,000 - $200,000 annually. Relias considered many factors when making an offer including; established salary range, internal budgets, business need, education and years of applicable work experience possessed by the applicant. Further, salary is only one element of our total compensation and benefits package.
