We are currently looking for an experienced and results-oriented Exclusive Sales Representative to join our organization. The Exclusive Sales Representative (ESR) is responsible for driving the overall successful operation of multiple select exclusive retail stores through superior sales and training support, and upholding location accountability for achieving business targets. The Exclusive Sales Representative (ESR) ensures store personnel are equipped with the latest tools and information on the client’s products/services/processes, and that they are delivering an exceptional customer experience. He/she is also accountable to maintain brand standards about merchandising, and local marketing efforts. The ESR will assume a lead role within their specific team and provide support to their Regional Manager by driving direction and expectation.
Essential Functions:
- Drive achievement of client business goals and program objectives
- Collaborate with various internal and external stake holders on business plans and strategies
- Lead business plan and strategy delivery at store or market level, track results, measure ROI
- Keep store personnel up to date on all relevant program, processes, and product/service information
- Manage POGs and compliance with displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotional displays/POP
- Develop and contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly reports/status updates on results, business insights, wins, challenges, best practices
- Gather competitive intelligence and report on specific competitive tactics including price moves, new products, and merchandising materials
- Deliver presentations where needed to educate retail, indirect and business teams on clients' key product differentiators, messages, promotions, etc.
- Respond appropriately to changing client, program, team and organizational needs and requirements, with an ability to generate viable new approaches and solutions
- Build strong professional relationships with all in-store personnel
- Generate in-store buzz through passion and engagement of our clients' products
- As requested, attend, and execute at marketing events, customer rallies, product launch activities to educate and train on clients' products key features and service offerings
- Complete call reports, paperwork, and on-going personal training in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines
- Sustain an above-average score on internal Mosaic and client review
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred
- 2 - 3 years of retail sales and/or training experience, wireless is a plus
- Management experience a plus; may have potential to directly manage employees at any given time, and
- Experience with wireless carriers, specific to either retail, indirect, business and/or national retail
- Ability to maintain superior in-store performance and expertise relating to wireless industry is a must
- Ability to maintain working knowledge of all products in order to be a subject matter expert and direct questions from retail associates related to product issues, allocation and inventory challenges to clients' field sales team
- Deep understanding of the sales process
- Skillful with numbers; data analysis, tracking of performance to targets, ROI interpretation
- Business plan development/execution
- Strong grasp of strategic marketing strategies including digital platforms
- Demonstratable expert level Microsoft Office 365 and G Suite by Google skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams - Docs, Forms, Hangouts – Cloud based file hosting)
- Proven collaboration with cross functional teams within a working environment

- Ability to work full-time with some evenings and weekend schedule
- Work week – typically Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend activities and promotions
- Occasional overnight travel
- Regular physical activity may be required, e.g., setting up promotional material
- Must reside in a centrally-located area close to the assigned territory
- Ability to stand comfortably for up to 8 hours a day
