Job description

Good Samaritan Home of Quincy is currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team! The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be highly organized. They should possess a can-do attitude and can multitask. As Staffing Coordinator, you have delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. Job Summary: The primary purpose of your job position is to oversee the scheduling responsibilities of the nursing department by state and federal regulations and to make sure that nursing staff is at optimal on a daily basis making sure the needs of the residents are met. Responsibilities* Work with Human Resources to determine the number and level of personnel to be employed in the nursing department and make recommendations.
