With a track record of success and a reputation for quality and reliability, we are seeking an experienced Aviation Commercial Manager to join our clients Commercial team, based in the Middle East. Job Description:As an Aviation Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our MRO and Charter services. You will be responsible for leveraging your industry experience, sales acumen, and business development skills to secure new clients, manage customer relationships, and oversee the quoting process. This role is critical in expanding our customer base, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation industry, including airlines, leasing companies, and other potential clients. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the company's client base.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs, concerns, and preferences to provide personalized solutions and ensure their long-term satisfaction.Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing of deals. Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts that align with the company's profitability goals.Quoting and Proposal Management: Oversee the quoting process for MRO services. Ensure that quotes are accurate, competitive, and submitted in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposals.Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use this knowledge to make data-driven decisions and adapt the company's commercial strategies as needed.Contract Management: Administer and manage client contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions. Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are executed accurately.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and finance, to ensure that customer requirements are met and projects are executed smoothly. Be the liaison between customers and the company's internal departments. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.Proven experience in the Aviation industry, particularly in MRO/Operations or similarStrong sales and business development skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in preparing and reviewing commercial proposals and contracts.Excellent market research and analysis capabilities.Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering high-quality services.Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
