Job description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement (CI) Assistant to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our operations. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing safety, quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness while also providing essential administrative support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on planning and executing process improvement strategies
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Analyze data to identify root causes and assist in problem-solving efforts
- Conduct data manipulation and statistical analysis to support performance reporting
- Propose and initiate actions to enhance process efficiencies based on data insights
- Assist in implementing CI-focused improvement plans and supporting their execution
- Contribute to fostering a culture of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) through problem-solving initiatives
- Provide recommendations for optimizing ongoing improvement projects
- Collect and communicate performance metrics, escalating issues as necessary
- Support production leadership by providing data-driven insights and performance updates
- Prepare daily paperwork to facilitate operational efficiency
- Generate required reports and correspondence
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework or an Associate's Degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated experience in data collection and analysis
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to motivate and collaborate effectively within a team
- Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervisionPosition Summary:

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
