How you'll make an impactGallagher Benefit Services is looking to add a Benefits Account Manager to its growing small business team.
- Build and solidify relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing care.
- Take a leadership role in the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality & timely manner.
Prepare RFP’s, coordinate vendor responses, support negotiations, analyze and spreadsheet proposal results, and develop the client presentations.
- Manage an assigned book of business and build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing clients.
- Leads appropriate resources to address the client's needs.
- May coordinate the work of administrative support and customer service.
About youRequired:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
- Life, Accident and Health license required in the state of MA.
